Functional characteristics
PER series Inkjet Printer is a kind of ideal large-yield and high-efficiency wide-format printer, with Xaar382 proton nozzle print-head, its print-speed is fast. PER is adopted popular humanized cover, and its operational stability and precision is higher than the former, foreign clients prefer more. PER is updated from old PE, its improvement as following.
Flash-lamp has been adopted in the station side to facilitate head cleaning. LED-lamp has been equipped under the cover to facilitate checking print quality.
The New version PER has added the middle heating panel, thus the media could get average heated and more smooth to the surface.
Front & Rear Pinch Roller lift handle has been adopted to facilitate media feeding.
Enhanced vacuum fans, force adjustable, three-sections vacuum control individually by 1.8m/ 2.5m/3.2m
Upgraded Teflon heating plate and broad-banding printing platform enable media feeding more smoothly.
Noise reduction synchronous belt and low-noise linear guide enable carriage movement more silent and stable.
Diameter of X-drive bearing has been increased to withstand heavier carriage load.
Raster installation method improved, shelter equipped for protection purpose.
Option functions: LED-lamp has been equipped under the cover to facilitate checking print quality.
